The Shea Spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquility. Please respect all guests’ rights to privacy and serenity. In light of this, the Spa is a Mobile Phone-free & Smoking-free Zone.
Guests will be provided disposable undergarments. One is required to wear this for their comfort. Our Therapists will always use draping techniques to respect privacy.
Cancellation Policy
- A 100% charge will be incurred for any treatment, if not cancelled 2 hours prior to the appointment time.
- Late Arrival would mean a reduction of Therapy/Treatment time.
Children's Policy
- We are delighted to offer Spa treatments for children under 16 years. However, an adult must accompany them for the whole duration of the treatment, apart form Manicures & Pedicures taken in the Spa.
- Please contact the Shea Spa reception desk for details on treatments available for the young ones.
- Accesses to the rest of the Spa areas, including the changing facilities, Spa and Heat experiences are restricted to those over 16.

Amazing personalized service. Very professional and highly skilled. Massage, wrap and facial were excellent, relaxing, and reenergizing after traveling half way across the globe. 
I decided to treat myself to a massage as had heard great things about this spa, and I’m so glad I did as it was the best massage I’ve ever had. I had the full body 60 minute massage and it was amazing! So relaxing and enjoyable. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the spa is beautiful. I will definitely be back when I’m in Bangalore again. Thankyou 🙂 
A beautiful experience! Staff are so meticulous and friendly. I had the peel-off pedicure and gel mani and pedi. Very professional work by Hema and Ricky. Receptionist was very helpful and had a huge smile which makes the overall experience very special indeed! Affordable prices, too. Will definitely return ☺️
